At Kernavia ("we") we process personal data in accordance with Peru’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 29733 and its regulations. This policy explains what data we use, why, and how to exercise your rights.

1. Who we are

Kernavia provides marketing and data services and an order-management platform for e-commerce, based in Lima, Peru. Contact: talento@kernavia.com.

2. Data we process

  • Store customers: name, phone, delivery address, ID number when shipping requires it, order details, shipping and payment status.
  • Communications: WhatsApp messages and calls related to the order, including transcripts or recordings when the feature is enabled.
  • Platform users and business contacts: name, email and usage logs.

3. Why we use it

  • To confirm orders, coordinate delivery and shipping, and manage payments.
  • To contact customers by WhatsApp or phone about their order.
  • To provide our marketing and analytics services to our clients.
  • To measure operations, improve the service and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

4. Who we share it with

Only with providers needed to deliver the service: couriers and shipping agencies, messaging (WhatsApp Business), telephony, cloud hosting and language processing. They process data under our instructions and may be located outside Peru.

5. How long we keep it

As long as needed for the order or service and for the periods required by law. Afterwards it is deleted or anonymized.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion or objection to processing (ARCO rights), and ask us to stop contacting you, by writing to talento@kernavia.com. If you believe your request was not addressed, you may contact Peru’s National Authority for Personal Data Protection.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: username and password access, role-based permissions and encryption of sensitive credentials.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always the one published on this page.
